Compensation & Benefits:
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist customers with vehicle service inquiries and scheduling appointments
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Conduct vehicle inspections and identify necessary repairs and maintenance
• Prepare accurate and detailed service estimates for customers
• Communicate repair timelines and updates to customers
• Process customer payments and maintain accurate records of service transactions
• Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance
• Keep customers informed of any changes or delays in service
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with services and address any further concerns
• Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding current and upcoming automotive industry trends and developments
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, including safety regulations, at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and efficient work environment
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in automotive fields is a plus
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor is required
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repairs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in computer software and systems
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
